What About Sales Tax?

We do not charge sales tax, Thailand supports exporters. You do not pay any taxes from Thailand. But these price is not included import tax, unload and any port fee.
For the other information in duty import taxes in USA:
You did not pay any taxes or levy as you purchased the furniture for
personal use.  (They will ask at the Port authority.).
 

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Generally, no more than 30 days by sea freight. Shipping times are varied on depending on which country/state/province you are in.

But we do the best quality in production the furniture and also the package. We pack, make all of the package and also deliver the furniture by ourselves. No, we don't. But we have many customers in USA. but you can make the conversation to our customers at our customer compliment.

We do both. However, we don't have much stock. Because these are handmade products. It takes a long period to produce.
We can change the sizes that you want but the price may be add up that depend on your design or your size.

FOB (Free On Board)
FOB Bangkok Price is The Price of furniture that is not included the shipping cost. It is the price at Bangkok. But CIF (Cost Insurance Freight)is the price which included the price of furniture, shipping cost and insurance to your port that you want to receive the furniture.

Yes, it is. A big piece of rosewood normally has one color (quite red ) but it has more shades of color from light to dark.

Yes, it is. Generally, the wood will not crack in most climates. There is a possibility that the wood will crack if the manufacturing process is not effective and the manufacturer is not be an expert.

Yes, it is. The color of the wood can be a little changed after a long time (5-10 years). It depends on the maintenance. The furniture should be kept away from the sun light and water. Periodically on the furniture you may use a soft cloth and you may apply furniture wax 2-3 times a year. Furniture wax is recommended.
